Most likely, you have not signed in with the same account.  For example, if you registered for the event using your e-mail address, but logged in to the ZippyMatch app using your Facebook account.


To resolve this:

  1. Press the "Help" tab in the ZippyMatch app.
  2. Click the "Log Out" button.
  3. Log in with the correct account.


If you cannot remember which account you used to register for the event, you could attempt to re-register for the event.  If the event is sold out, and you need to recover your registration, please e-mail us right away at support@zippymatch.com.
