This could happen for one of two reasons:

  1. Accidentally registered as "gay" or "lesbian" - If you are hosting a heterosexual speed dating event, and someone accidentally registers as a "man" seeking "man" or "woman" seeking "woman," they may not see anyone listed in the app.  This is because we only show people who would be interested in each other.  (For example, we only show straight women to straight men, straight men to straight women, gay women to gay women, and gay men to gay men).

  2. No one else has registered for their group.  If your event is using groups, default behavior is to only show people within the same group.  For example, if your event is broken up by age range, and someone in their 20's attempts to find someone in their 40's, they won't be able to find them.  So, if your guest isn't seeing any other guests, it's probable that no one else has registered within that group.

    You can edit their registration from your event dashboard to move them into another group.
