There are a few things that can be happening:
- Check your spam folder. Sometimes, e-mail providers think our e-mails are spam. Please check here first.
- Wait one more hour. Sometimes, e-mail servers delay our e-mails because they suspect spam, up to 1 hour. We start sending e-mails 24 hours after the event is over, but there's no guarantee on how long it will take for e-mails to send.
The most reliable workaround is simply to use the app! Twenty-four hours after the event is over, you will be able to see all your matches in the app, and text, call, or e-mail them directly from the app.
